The purpose of this study was to use cation exchange resins mask Pregabalin's unpleasant taste. Dowex-50, a crosslinked polystyrene backbone, employed. DRCs were synthesised in batches with drug-to-resin ratios 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. optimal ratio as well the time required for maximum complexation discovered. In work, an attempt made develop taste-masked Pregabalin solution using simple, rapid, cost-effective flavour masking approach, such among ion resin, that could be acceptable industries.
